- Motorcoach setup inside.
- 10 premium cigars (up to $18 MSRP).
- Cutting and lighting services.
- Climate-controlled atmosphere.
- Capacity: Seating for up to 15 guests for an intimate and personalized experience.
- Additional Offerings: Extra cigars available for purchase at your event.
Description: Perfect for smaller gatherings, "The Refined Comfort" offers a warm, intimate setting where guests can relax and enjoy premium cigars in a luxurious, climate-controlled environment. Ideal for close friends, family, or small corporate groups.
Price: $1,495
Duration: 4 hours at your event (additional hours available upon discussion).
Includes:
- Motorcoach setup and outside patio with an 8’x20’ awning.
- 15 premium cigars (up to $22 MSRP).
- Cutting and lighting services.
- A more open atmosphere, allowing guests to mingle freely.
- Climate-controlled interior atmosphere
- Capacity: Accommodates up to 23 guests.
- Additional Offerings: Extra cigars available for purchase at your event.
Description: Designed for larger gatherings, "The Ultimate Gathering" combines the luxury of the motorcoach with an outdoor patio setup, creating a free-flowing, social atmosphere. Enjoy group access to a relaxing setting for enjoying your cigars. Perfect for parties, networking events, or celebrations where guests can enjoy premium cigars while mingling indoors and outdoors.
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- The venue must accommodate a 40’ mobile unit.
- No tough terrain, hilly surfaces, or muddy surfaces.
- Rolling Smokes reserves the right to set up in a location that avoids damage to equipment and ensures a safe, level, and enjoyable experience.
Fuel Surcharge:
- For events beyond a 100-mile round trip (based on Google Maps mileage), a $1 per additional mile fuel surcharge will apply.
- For events beyond a 200-mile round trip, an overnight lodging accommodation fee will apply. Please contact us for details.
**All Mobile Lounge participants and guests must be 21 years or older.
- Additional hours beyond the standard 4-hour package are available upon discussion and agreement.
- Extra cigars will be available for purchase at your event.
Liability:
- Rolling Smokes Mobile Cigar Lounge is not responsible for any damage to property or injury to guests caused by improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Cancellation Policy:
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the final payment.
Weather Conditions:
- In case of severe weather conditions that may affect the safety or operation of the mobile lounge, Rolling Smokes reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event.
Compliance:
- Clients and guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding smoking and alcohol consumption.
